NOTICE AND CALL OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON JOINED WITH THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE MEMBERS OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND TO THE CITY CLERK: <br />Notice is Hereby Given that a Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment <br />Agency/Colton Utility Authority joined with the Planning Commission will be held on Saturday, <br />October 20, 2007 at 8 a.m. at the Colton City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, <br />Colton, California <br />MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: <br />ROLL CALL: <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: Limit 5 Minutes <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; <br />however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for investigation and report at a subsequent <br />Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the <br />City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />If you challenge the City's proposed actions in court, you may be limited to raising those issues that you or <br />someone else raised at the public hearing described in this Agenda, or in any written correspondence delivered <br />to the City on or prior to the public hearing. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />OCTOBER 20, 2007. <br />2.04.030 Gift Disclosure Requirements. <br />A. Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract or <br />other entitlement pending before the city council, any council member who has received been <br />promised a gift or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within the preceding twelve months <br />from a party or participant in the proceeding shall disclose that fact either orally or in writing <br />during open session. This disclosure shall be made part of the official public record of the <br />proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with the <br />city. <br />
