ITEM #11 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 20, 2007 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, P.E., CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP <br />18148 FOR RECORDATION. <br />DATE: November 8, 2007 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Parcel Map No. 18148 is a merger of Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and half of westerly boundary of Lot <br />25. The Project is located at the northeast corner of 6th Street and "H" Street. The project had a <br />proposed 7,492 square foot commercial building that was conditioned by the Design Review <br />Committee on June 21, 2004 to submit a Parcel Map to merge six separate parcels into one and <br />construct missing street improvements. This site is owned by Mehdi Bahador and Behjat Bahador. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The project was required to install Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, handicap ramp and asphalt paving that <br />necessitated the dedication of a portion of the property for right-of-way purposes. <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances.
