01 CLOSED SESSION — REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES October 19, 2010 Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Council Members present: De La Rosa, Yzaguirre, Oliva, Bennett, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore Toro and Mayor Chastain. PUBLIC COMMENT None. City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss Item A. CLOSED SESSION A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Designated Representative: Bonnie Johnson, Management Services Director & Ted Cooper, Human Resources Manager Employee Organizations: SBPEA General Unit, SBPEA Mid -managers Unit, IBEW Electric, IBEW Water/Wastewater, Colton Fire Fighters Association, Colton Police Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association and Colton Police Dispatchers Association Mayor Pro Tempore Toro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:04 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 6:05 p.m. with all members present as heretofore. City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session to discuss Items A with no reportable action. A.
