R-58-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CM OF COLTON FIXING COMPENSATION AND <br />EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR THE CITY MANGER <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that Jerry L. Young has been selected as <br />the City Manager of the City of Colton. <br />NOW, therefore, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves as follows. <br />1. Jerry L. Young is appointed City Manager effective May 18, 1993. The <br />salary is fixed at $8,458 per month. Following one year of service, the City <br />Council may consider adjusting the monthly salary rate. <br />2. The amount of bond is fixed at $500,000. <br />3. The fringe benefit package is listed in Exhibit "A" attached and <br />incorporated herein is hereby adopted <br />4. Performance reviews shall be conducted each twelve months by the City <br />Council. <br />Passed, Adopted and Approved this 6th day of July, 1993. <br />Attest: <br />Helen A.
