1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-01-94 <br />2 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION <br />3 <br />18.06.060 "USES PERMITTED IN EACH ZONE", AS <br />DESCRIBED FURTHER IN FILE INDEX NUMBER DO-68-93. <br />4 <br />5 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />6 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />7 <br />Section 1. Section 18.06.060 of the Colton Municipal Code is <br />8 <br />hereby amended to include the use "Drive-thru Food <br />9 <br />Establishments" and to require a conditional use permit in the <br />10 <br />Business Park (BP), General Commercial (C-2), Industrial Park <br />11 <br />(IP), Light Industrial (M-1) and Heavy Industrial (M-2) zones. <br />12 <br />Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />13 <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published <br />14 <br />within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general <br />15 <br />circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the <br />16 <br />Ordinance shall take effect according to law. <br />17 <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this th day of January, <br />1994. <br />18 <br />ATTEST: <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />HELEN A.'RAMOS FRANK A.
