HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTO <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT 14391-2 <br />OSBORNE DEVELOPMENT <br />DATE: AUGUST 12, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract Map 14391-2 is located southerly of Randall Avenue and easterly of Meridian <br />Avenue. This map consists of 50 residential lots. The owners being Parrish Capital <br />Management and DMA Corporation are offering 5 foot P.U.E. easements over lots 58 <br />through 113, 10 foot drainage easement over lot 87, and utility, drainage and <br />landscape easements over lot "A". In addition to the offers of easements, street <br />dedications are offered as part of the Tract Map requirement. <br />SUMMARY: <br />This map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and Local <br />Ordinances. This map conveys to the City of Colton dedications for easements and <br />street purposes, which requires acceptance by the City Council <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff would recommend, if Council concurs, to approve this map and accept the offers <br />of dedications on behalf of the City of Colton and to authorize the recordation of Tract <br />Map 14391-2. <br />Report prepared by James R.
