The Commission by way of a unanimous <br />vote is recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed Park Ordinance as drafted <br />by the City Attorney. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />1. Amend the proposed ordinance <br />2. Do not adopt the proposed ordinance <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Commission and Staff recommend approving the proposed ordinance as submitted by the <br />City Attorney. <br />Page I of I <br />Item# 11 <br />
