HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR — <br />SUBJECT: APPROVE THE AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION FOR THE <br />STORM DRAINAGE REPAIRS ON MERIDIAN AVENUE <br />FROM "C" STREET TO VALLEY BLVD., PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 011 -- PROJECT NO. ER - <br />2875(001). <br />DATE: AUGUST 26, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City of Colton applied for State — Federal Aid Funds for emergency stone drainage <br />repairs along Meridian Avenue from "C" Street to Valley Blvd. As part of the Program <br />Supplement Agreement update, the department of Transportation Office of Local Programs <br />requires the City of Colton to provide a certified update "authorizing resolution" for the <br />above reference project. <br />SUMMARY: <br />Staff has prepared the resolution as required for Program Supplement Agreement No. 011 to <br />Local Agency — State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 085065 for the above referenced <br />project. The reimbursement funds will be placed in Account 100-7822 to reimburse prior year <br />storm damage cost to the above reference location. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There ' manci I- mpact to the City, as the program funds 100% of the project cost. <br />Lhn C.
