Parrish, Assistant City Manager <br />Subject: Request Received to Waive Use Fee for Community Center - California <br />State Retired Employees Association <br />Date: September 9, 1996 <br />Last week our office received a flyer from Mr. Fred Cordova, Regional Director of the <br />California State Retired Employees Association regarding that organization's use of the <br />Colton Community Center meeting room on September 21, 1996. In addition Mr. <br />Cordova requested that the $75 daily use fee be waived for this non-profit organization. <br />Please include this memorandum along with the attached flyer submitted by Mr. <br />Cordova in the City Council Agenda packet for September 17, 1996, so the Council <br />may consider Mr. Cordova's request, on behalf of the California State Retired <br />Employees Association to waive the $75 daily use fee. <br />If you have any questions please contact me at extension 5071. <br />Attachment: Flyer Received from Mr. Cordova <br />ITEM NO. 6 <br />
