CLARKE, UTILITY DIRECTOR­-�r� <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF THE LAKE CADENA SEWER FORCE MAIN AS <br />100% COMPLETE, AND AUTHORIZE THE FILING OF THE NOTICE <br />OF COMPLETION <br />DATE: MARCH 25, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the December 5, 1995 Council meeting, Council awarded a contract to Wyatt <br />Construction for the Lake Cadena Sewer Force Main. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />All work has been completed, as per the bid specifications and Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board requirements. The contractor has requested final acceptance' of the <br />project, and filing of the notice of completion: <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None, the funds for the project have already been approved by Council and <br />encumbered in FY95-96 and carried forward to FY96-97. <br />Thomas K.
