Hutton <br />Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approve the Authorizing Resolution For Storm Drainage Repairs on <br />Barton Road Between Reche Canyon Road and Weir Road. Program <br />Supplement Agreement No. 010 --- Project No. ER -2477 (001) <br />DATE: February 10, 1997 <br />{ <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City of Colton applied for State Federal Aid Funds for emergency storm drainage <br />repairs along Barton Road between Reche Canyon to Weir Road, as part of the <br />Program Supplement Agreement Update, the Department of Transportation Office of <br />LocalProgramsrequires the City of Colton to provide a Certified Update "Authorizing <br />Resolution for this Project". <br />DISCUSSION <br />Staff has prepared the Resolution as required for Program Supplement Agreement No. <br />010 to Local Agency State Agreement For Federal Aid Project No. 08-5065 for the <br />above referenced project. The reimbursement funds will be placed in Account No. 100- <br />7822 to reimburse prior year storm damage cost_ <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There is no financial impact to the City, as the Program funds 100% of the Project cost. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />In. order for the City to receive reimbursement from the State Federal Aid Program, <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached Resolution approving the official name and <br />signature authorized to execute the Agreement. <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Page_ of <br />Attachments: Resolution <br />Item No. 11 <br />
