CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FnR CnITNCIL MEETING OF JULY 15,1997 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVAL: GRACIE FERNANDEZ HARMON, ACTING CITY MANAGER <br />FROM: GRACIE FERNANDEZ HARMON, PERSONNEL DIRECTOR <br />SUBJECT: RATIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT TO THE PART-TIME <br />POSITION OF RECREATION LEADER I IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />DATE: JULY 7,1997 <br />BACKGROUND: There is one (1) vacant Recreation Leader I position in the Neighborhood <br />Services Department. Attached is the job description for the classification; the hourly rate is $4.75. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Recruitment for said position was conducted and an eligibility list <br />established. The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the education and experience <br />requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />FUNDING AVAILABILITY: This is a general fund position in the fiscal year 1997-98 budget <br />funded as follows: Account No. 100-6200-6202-1040 (salaries - temporary). <br />Randy L.
