His re -appointment is highly <br />recommended as an excellent choice. Accordingly, I hereby appoint Mr. Harold L. <br />Berkebile to re -assume his position effective immediately. This term will expire <br />December 1998. I respectfully request your consideration and concurrence on this <br />appointment.
