Hutton p4s C. Muff" <br />Subject: Commission Appointments - District 2 <br />Cynthia De La Rosa, Parks and Recreation Commissioner representing District 2, has submitted <br />her resignation. During her term, Commissioner De La Rosa provided distinguished and <br />commendable service to our community. The Colton City Council graciously accepts her <br />resignation and express their high regard for all her dedicated efforts. <br />Due to the vacancy created in the Parks and Recreation Commission Mr. Sal Rios has expressed <br />a desire to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission. This appointment is highly <br />recommended. Accordingly, I hereby appoint Mr. Sal Rios to assume his position effective <br />immediately. This term will expire December 1998. I respectfully request your consideration <br />and concurrence on this appointment.
