Staff has researched the use of the easement, and has determined
that the City has no further use for it.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that Council approve the relinquishment of the electric easement to
the property owners, and authorize the Utility Director to execute the Quitclaim Deed.
Report Prepared By: Lorraine June
Item # 9
