Hutton, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Final approval and acceptance of Tract <br />Young Homes, located at Northeast corner <br />Avenue and Olive Street — consisting of 20 lots. <br />DATE: <br />BACKGROUND: <br />June 8, 1998 <br />RECEIVED <br />'JUN o 81998 <br />CITY OF COLl'ON <br />CITY MANAGER <br />No. 15873, <br />of Meridian <br />Tract 15873 is a 4.0 acre residential development, located at the Northeasterly corner <br />of Meridian Avenue and Olive Street. The development consists of 20 single family <br />residential lots. This tract is being constructed by Young Homes. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The developer has submitted the required bonds, security deposit for monumentation <br />and the Subdivision Agreement. This map has been reviewed for conformance with the <br />Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinances. The map also conveys to the City of <br />Colton dedications for streets and easements for utilities purposes, which is subject to <br />acceptance by the City Council. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Tract 15873 for recordation and <br />authorize the signing of the Subdivision Agreement. <br />Report prepared by James R.
