Evaluation of these claims reflect that these cases <br />would be highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claims be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />DM:vlp <br />Item # 5 <br />
