CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For City Council Meeting of January 5, 1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor &ZT <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director <br />SUBJECT: Claims Against the City Submitted by Vonetta Atkins, Robert Barger and Anthony Montes <br />- Recommend Denial <br />DATE: December 21, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
