Item #16 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of September 18, 2001 <br />HONORABLE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />I: KATHY KIVLEY, ACTING PUBLIC WORK R <br />ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER <br />ECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE AL <br />P 15426 <br />FOR RECORDATION — DOMINGUEZ PLAZA LLC. <br />Parcel Map No. 15426 is a four -parcel commercial subdivision located between Ninth and Tenth <br />Streets (East and West) and between H Street and Valley Boulevard (North and South). Vanir <br />Development Company is currently developing this 2.75 -acre site. The underlining parent <br />Parcel Map (2018) to this Parcel Map consists of three parcels. The Engineer of Record, <br />preparing this map is Hernandez, Kroone & Associates. As part of the development of this <br />project, a defined sewer easement was dedicated and accepted by separate instrument by the <br />City Council at the meeting on August 21, 2001. This document dedicates an easement for an <br />existing sewer line running east to west through the center of this property. Such easement <br />recorded September 10, 2001 as instrument number 20010409949. The parcel map indicates <br />the recording information. <br />Although not part of this parcel map, staff is processing a portion of H Street to the North of this <br />parcel of land for street vacation as part of the requirements of the project development. <br />The Parcel Map was reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances. Staff finds no issues relating to conformance with the Map Act or related City <br />ordinances. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />Staffs recommend that the City Council accept and approve Parcel Map 15426 for recordation <br />and authorize staff to record said map. <br />Report prepared by James R.
