AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE <br />PERFORMANCE/ LABOR AND MATERIAL BONDS. YOUNG <br />HOMES DEVELOPMENT <br />DATE: DECEMBER 9,2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract 15165 is located near the E. of Meridian/ Randall & San Bernardino Avenue. The development <br />consists of 57 single-family residential lots. <br />Tract 15873 is located near the North East comer of meridian and olive on Viscante Drive. The <br />development consists of 20 single-family residential lots. <br />Tract 16019 is located near the Southwest Comer of Pennsylvania Avenue and Citrus Avenue. The <br />development consists of 52 single-family residential lots. <br />Tract 16025 is located near the NorthEast Comer of Olive Street and Meridian Street. The <br />development consists of 43 single-family residential lots with an area of 8.8 Acres. <br />Tract 16236 is located near 1000 feet North of the Northeast Comer of Pepper and San Bernardino <br />Avenue. The development consists of 20 single-family residential lots with an Area of 4.2 Acres. <br />These tract maps were developed by Young Homes Development. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />As part of original approved, City received labor and material, faithful performance bonds and <br />development for above-mentioned tracts. <br />All records of these tracts have been constructed and inspected. The Developer has provided a <br />maintenance bond for each tract. The amount of the maintenance bonds is as follows: <br />
