Item #18 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of May 7, 2002 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF <br />PARCEL MAP 15848 FOR RECORDATION <br />DATE: April 22, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Parcel Map No. 15848 is a re -mapping of a portion of lots 1, 2, 5, 7, 11 of P.A. Raynor's <br />Resubdivision of Block 32 of the Colton Land and Water Company, into 1 -parcel. The project <br />site is located between "0" Street and Congress Street and easterly of Eight Street. This is an <br />approximately 7 -acre site, being developed by FHJ Partnership and prepared by Dennis <br />Farnsworth, RCE <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances.
