CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF May 21, 2002 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claims against the City submitted by Kitson Speciality <br />Contracting Inc., Ola Nicholas, Trinidad Barroso, Christina <br />Van Denburgh & Edith Logan, Leticia Luna, and Aaron Merrill. <br />Recommend Denial. <br />DATE: May 13, 2002 <br />Item #7 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
