R-104-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DELEGATING TO <br />THE CITY TREASURER THE AUTHORITY TO INVEST AND REINVEST FUNDS FO THE <br />CITY AND TO SELL OR EXCHANGE SECURITIES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON resolves as follows: <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 53607, authority to invest and reinvest funds of <br />the City and to sell or exchange securities so purchased is delegated by the City Council to <br />the City Treasurer. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7t' day of September, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
