ORDER OF ADJOURNMENT <br />April 19, 2005 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on <br />the above given date at the Council Chambers in Colton, at 6:06 p.m., with Mayor <br />Bennett presiding. <br />Members present were Councilmembers Hernandez, Mitchell, Zamora, <br />and Mayor Bennett. Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney Derleth and <br />City Clerk Barrera. Absent were Councilmembers De La Rosa, Chastain, and Ramos. <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this <br />time, Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting at 7:40 P.M., on April 19, 2005, to meet for <br />an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, at 5:00 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers, for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following matters: <br />(1) LLMD 1 - Approve and Adopt Three (3) Resolutions for LLMD 1: 1) Resolution Initiating <br />Proceedings 2) Preliminary Approval of the Engineer's Report, and 3) Resolution of <br />Intent, RESOLUTION NOS. R-41-05, R-42-05, R-43-05. <br />(2) LLMD 2 — Approve and Adopt Three (3) Resolutions for LLMD 2: 1) Resolution Initiating <br />Proceedings 2) Preliminary Approval of the Engineer's Report, and 3) Resolution of <br />Intent and set a Public Hearing for all concerns regarding this Matter for July 5, 2005, <br />RESOLUTION NOS.
