Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. These updates are <br />provided by tMe offices of 6est, 8est and Krieger (BB&K}, attomeys for the City and Avency. <br />It I�as been standard prac�ice fw tMe City and Agency to adopt the updates by City Council <br />and Agency Board Resolution to remain in �a�nptiance with State Environme�t�i Law. <br />DI�SSIQIV/ANALYSIS <br />The City Councii and A�ency Board are r�uested to adopt the attac�hed Resolutials <br />amendIng and adopting Loc�! GiuideUnes for implemen�r� CEQA, and �epeai eauiier <br />Resolutions addressin� the sa�ne. <br />The proposed amendments are c�alsistent and oompatibie with the poliaes of the State of <br />Cal�omia, the City of Golton� and tt� Aoency. The attac�ed memcx�ndum from BB&K, dated <br />April 30, 2005, detaits the revisians to CEQA that are nalevant to the City and �gency. <br />FINANCIAL.1._MPACT <br />Thece is no fina�ci�l imp�c� to the General Fu�d.
