MEETING OF MARCH 15, 2005 TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: AMER JAKHER, P.E., CITY ENGINEER �� SUBJECT: AMENDMENT OF TI� AGREEMENT FOR EXCfIANGE OF PROPERTY AND LOT LINE ADJUSTNIENT FOR 2201 WILD CANYON DRIVE. DATE: MARCH 7, 2005 BACKGROUND: In June 2004, Mr. Danny Stouffer submitted an application to build a single family dwelling for his property at 2201 Wild Canyon Drive. To provide access for the proposed house, Mr. Stouffer requested right-of-way from the City along the west side of the e�sting water tank on Wild Canyon Drive. In return for the right-of-way, Mr. Stouffer agreed to provide the City with additional land behind the existing tank for an additional tanlc site. ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: On December 27, 2004, City Council approved the lot line adjustment and the agreement for the property exchange. Subsequent to the approval, it was determitted thai the lines would have to be further modified to better accommodate the driveway and utility easement. The current lot line adjustment reflects the changes. These changes require the approval of the City Council. RECOMMENDATION: ■ Stati recommends that Council accept the agreement for the exchange of property and lot (ine adjustment for 2201 Wild Canyon Drive.
