Moved by Mayor Huntoon, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution No. 4198. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4198 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON PROHIBIT- ING NEPOTISM. Boards and Commissions Cemetery Commission Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, approving reappointment of Father Michael Keane to the Cemetery Commission. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:10 p. m., to discuss matters of Personnel, and reconvened at 10:35 p. m., all Members present. Audit Councilman Rios stated he would like to amend his motion with regard to the Audit of the Petty Cash, in that this fund be turned over to the Assistant Finance Direc- tor, either Ruby Andengaard or Jerry Young. Councilwoman Cisneros stated she was in agreement with the amendment. ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 27, 1982 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. Rnl I CAI I Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Library Mayor Huntoon stated the purpose for the Adjourned Meeting this afternoon is to review and discuss the existing documents and material on file relating to the proposed Library. City Manager Trevino read from his memorandum dated April 26, 1982, regarding the status of the Library project, outlining 34 items involving the legal documents and correspondence on file which have been executed on behalf of the City and all other parties. Of the 34 items listed in the City Manager's memorandum, the following were discuss- ed in detail: 1. Lease and Sublease Agreement - original Lease -Leaseback Agreement between the AR 2 yah City of Colton and Chuck King.
