Nepotism <br />18 4Mayor Huntoon said he had one final item for Council's consideration and approval, <br />and that was Resolution No. 4198, a resolution regarding nepotism in the City of <br />Colton, which Mayor Huntoon read in full. <br />Moved by Mayor Huntoon, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution No. <br />4198. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4198 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON PROHIBIT- <br />ING NEPOTISM. <br />Boards and Commissions <br />Cemetery Commission <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, approving reappointment <br />of Father Michael Keane to the Cemetery Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:10 p. m., to discuss matters of <br />Personnel, and reconvened at 10:35 p. m., all Members present. <br />Audit <br />Councilman Rios stated he would like to amend his motion with regard to the Audit <br />of the Petty Cash, in that this fund be turned over to the Assistant Finance Direc- <br />tor, either Ruby Andengaard or Jerry Young. RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />Approved this 4th day of May, 1982. <br />ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 27, 1982 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:00 <br />p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. <br />Rnl I CAI I <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. <br />Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk <br />Ramos. <br />Library <br />Mayor Huntoon stated the purpose for the Adjourned Meeting this afternoon is to <br />review and discuss the existing documents and material on file relating to the <br />proposed Library. <br />City Manager Trevino read from his memorandum dated April 26, 1982, regarding the <br />status of the Library project, outlining 34 items involving the legal documents <br />and correspondence on file which have been executed on behalf of the City and all <br />other parties. <br />Of the 34 items listed in the City Manager's memorandum, the following were discuss- <br />ed in detail: <br />1. Lease and Sublease Agreement - original Lease -Leaseback Agreement between the <br />AR 2 yah City of Colton and Chuck King. <br />
