342 City Attorney Edwards inquired as to whether the public was aware that they were being recorded. City Manager Elliott responded yes. Discussion followed on the Police dogs, their training, their recent participation in a Statewide competition and the trophies earned. Budget City Manager Elliott stated at this point, we need to get some direction from the City Council in order to prepare a final budget. City Manager Elliott recommended that Council compile their thoughts and give their direction following the regular Council Meeting on Tuesday. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, on motion of Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios and unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:03 p.m. HELEN A.
