342 <br />City Attorney Edwards inquired as to whether the public was aware that <br />they were being recorded. <br />City Manager Elliott responded yes. <br />Discussion followed on the Police dogs, their training, their <br />recent participation in a Statewide competition and the trophies <br />earned. <br />Budget <br />City Manager Elliott stated at this point, we need to get some <br />direction from the City Council in order to prepare a final <br />budget. City Manager Elliott recommended that Council compile <br />their thoughts and give their direction following the regular <br />Council Meeting on Tuesday. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business to come before the Council at this <br />time, on motion of Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios <br />and unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:03 <br />p.m. <br />HELEN A.
