There will be no separate discussion <br />on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the <br />motion to adopt, unless Members of the Council, Staff or the <br />public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held January <br />20, 1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 56612 through 57168, and Nos. 129546 <br />through 129748 inclusive, (January 29, 1987) as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Text Amendment - Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, February 17, <br />1987, Text Amendment, Index No. TA -2-86, amend Sections 18.16. <br />OIOA, 18.16.010B, 18.12.160, 18.08.456, 18.08.690, 18.32.030 and <br />18.16.060B of the Zoning Ordinance & Colton Municipal Code. <br />(4) Bids - Reject all Bids on Pickup Trucks for Public Works be- <br />cause of errors in the specifications. <br />(5) Budget - Transfer of Funds, to support payment of Legal Services <br />in Suit regarding the Rialto Tire Burning Plant, RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-13-87. <br />(6) Claims - John J.
