COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 3, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Stratton, Deputy City Attor- <br />ney Biggs, and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />City Manager Stratton advised that Item No. 9 under the Consent Calendar <br />should be modified by deleting the names of Karla Amezcua, Edith Reyes, <br />and Ana Montano -Lopez.
