ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 12, 1991 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date, at 4:44 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />R(1T.T. C' AT.T. <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney <br />Edwards and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:44 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 5:40 p.m., all Members present. <br />PPr-_nnnP1 <br />Moved by Councilman Roman, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve RESO- <br />LUTION NOS. R-54-91 and R-55-91, and Separation Agreement between the <br />City of Colton and Edmund F. Sotelo. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-54-91 - <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-55-91 - <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />OF COLTON TO ACCEPT <br />F. SOTELO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />OF COLTON APPROVING <br />EDMUND F.
