COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 20, 1993 <br />A Regular Meeting of the city Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:40 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the City Mall, Mayor Gonzales <br />presiding. <br />FLAG SALINE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION, <br />Invocation was Offered by Chaplain Michael C. Brooks. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmernbers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rias, Cisneros, Cook, Beltran and <br />Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Lewis, City Attorney Brown and <br />City Clerk Ramos, <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />City Manager Levis requested the removal of Item 5 which is to return to staff for <br />additional work. At Council request, Item 25 was advanced on the agenda to be <br />discussed ahead of Item 17 and Items Nos. 7, 8 and 13, were removed from the <br />Consent Calendar for individual discussion. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />( 1 ) Minutes <br />Approval of Special Meeting of April 6, 1993 and Regular Meeting of <br />,April 6, 1993, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />Nos. 186170 through 186394; Nos. 136395 through 186511; Nos. <br />128651 through 129099, inclusive April 14, 1993. <br />1 <br />
