CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JULY 06, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above - <br />given date at 5:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez, <br />and Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. City of Colton, et al. <br />Case number: San Bernardino County Superior No. SCVSS 101587 <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6.06 p.m.; the meeting <br />reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A, C, D, and E with reportable action on Item E, and would return to discuss <br />the balance of the closed session agenda Item B at the end of Regular Meeting Agenda. <br />A.
