CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JULY 20, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above - <br />given date at 5:13 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Hernandez presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, and Mayor Pro <br />Tempore Hernandez. Councilmembers, Chastain appeared at 5:15 p.m. and Mitchell appeared <br />at 5:25 p.m. Mayor Bennett absent due to illness. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A, B, C, and E. Item D would be pulled and not discussed. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
