CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - SPECIAL MEETING AND REGULAR <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 17, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting/Regular Meeting was held <br />on the above -given date at 5:09 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett <br />presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, Chastain, Mitchell, Ramos, De La Rosa, Zamora, <br />and Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss: <br />SPECIAL MEETING/CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Representative: Al Holliman <br />Employee Organization: Executive Unit, Firefighters Association, Police Rank & File <br />Association (CPOA) SBPEA General Unit, and SBPEA Mid -Management Employees. <br />REGULAR MEETING CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Representative: Al Holliman <br />Employee Organization: Executive Unit, Mid -Management Unit, and General Unit <br />C. LIABILITY CLAIMS <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.95 <br />Claimant: Frank Sullivan (Workers' Compensation Case No. OXN 0127968) <br />Agency Claimed Against: City of Colton <br />At 5:09 p.m. Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:09 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Special/Regular Closed Session to <br />discuss Items A and C and would return to discuss Item A of Special Closed Session and Item <br />B on Regular Closed Session Meeting agenda. <br />REGULAR CLOSED SESSION: <br />2004 FEB 17 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 1 - <br />
