Notice of Special Meeting was given on March 11, 2004, in compliance <br />with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, DeLaRosa (appeared at 6:24 <br />p.m.), and Mayor Bennett. Also present were City Manager Parrish, City Attorney Derleth, and City <br />Clerk Barrera.
