CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JULY 18, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM Hernandez, Chastain and De La Rosa absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A thru C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Potential Cases: Unknown (RMED and the electric facility issue) <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: City of Colton, et al. v. Steward, etc., et al. <br />Case Number: Orange County Superior Court Case No. 02CC1 2345 <br />C.
