CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 2006 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:08 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, De La Rosa, Chastain, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through D. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: Police Chief <br />Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:09 p.m. and at 6:08 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced. With reportable action on Item A. And no reportable action on <br />Items B and C with CM Hernandez recusing himself from discussion of Item C due to Conflict of <br />Interest as subject matter is related to a request for documents of which he is the subject <br />matter, and Item D pulled from discussion. <br />A.
