That an amendment to the Contract between the City <br />Council of the City of Colton and the Board of Administration, California State <br />Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment <br />being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A, " and by such reference made a part <br />hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />1 <br />SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, em- <br />powered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said <br />Agency. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of <br />its adoption and prior to the expiration of 15 days from the passage thereof <br />shall be published at least once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general <br />circulation, published and circulated in the City of Colton and thenceforth and <br />thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />Adopted and approved this 25th day of July , 1962 <br />ayor <br />ATTEST <br />ity to rk <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted by the <br />City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting held on the 25thday of <br />July , 1962, by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen Rimbaugh, Miller, Holtzendorff, Valizan, Oliva <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT: Councilmen None <br />City --Clerk <br />
