THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The rate of taxes sufficient to raise within the City of Colton, the amount hereto fixed by Ordinance as the amount necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable property in the City of Colton as revenue to carry on the various departments of said City for the current year 1962- 1963 and to pay the bonded indebtedness of said City and the expense of collect- ing such amount basing said rate upon the total value of the property within said City as heretofore reported by the County Auditor of the County of San Bernardino to the City Council of said City, is hereby f ixed as follows: For the City of Colton exclusive of South Colton Annexation Districts No. 5, 7, 8 and 9, East Colton No. 8, 9 and 10 and North Colton Annexation No. 5: The amount of One Dollar and Seventeen and one-half cents ($1.175,00) upon each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows: Retirement 1934 Water and Sewer Bonds 1957 Fire and Electric Bonds Advertising and Promotion Library Fund General .31899 .02167 03026 03797 12704 63907 Total 1.17 00 For that portion of the City of Colton, known as South Colton Annexa- tion Districts 5, 7, 8 and 9, East Colton Annexation Districts 8, 9 and 10 and North Colton Annexation No. 5, the amount of $1. 12307 upon each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows: Retirement .31899 Advertising and Promotion .03797 Library Fund 12704 General .63907 Total 1.12307
