1 1 <br />ORDINANCE NOO 1186 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />3 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />4� <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE. That real property in the City of Colton described as <br />f ollows, to-wita. <br />7 <br />The west 48 feet of Lots 121 and 122, Block 19, Lothian Sub div i s-ion <br />81 as recorded in Map Book 16, Pages 41-42 of the records of San <br />9 Bernardino County <br />10 is hereby rezoned to the C-2-X General Commercial Combinin g Regulation <br />11 Zone subject to conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution #394., <br />12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with the Planning <br />13 Commission Recommendation the Zoning of said property as C-2-X shall be <br />void on the termination of the residency of the present applicant, <br />3.41 <br />15 SECTION TWO.
