I <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />.17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />,28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1.247 <br />AN ORDINANCE RE-CLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />'AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: That real property in the City of Colton described <br />!as follows, to wit: <br />That certain property owned by the Atchison, Topeka and <br />Santa Fe Railway Company and Santa Fe Land Improvement Company <br />Idescribed as follows: <br />Those portions of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa <br />Fe Railway Company and Santa Fe Land Improvement <br />Company properttes in the City of Colton, County <br />of San Bernardino, State of California, bounded <br />by lines described as follows: <br />on the southwest by the northeasterly line of <br />Lytle Creek Channel, said northeasterly line also <br />being the southwesterly line of said Railway right <br />of way; on the north by the northerly boundary of <br />said City of Colton, said boundary also being the <br />center line of vacated Mill Street; on the northeast, <br />east and southeast by a line that is parallel and/or <br />concentric with and distant westerly approximately <br />125 feet measured at right angles and/or radially <br />from the center line of said Railway Company's <br />Track No. 39. <br />is hereby taken out of M-1 (Light manufacturing) zone and placed <br />lin M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing zone). <br />SECTION TWO: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in. <br />Ithe Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this .17th day of August, 1965. <br />ATTEST: <br />Cit�C_ lark <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed by <br />the City Council of the City of Colton at a regular meeting thereo <br />
