I 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 .17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 ,28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 1.247 AN ORDINANCE RE-CLASSIFYING PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON 'AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That real property in the City of Colton described !as follows, to wit: That certain property owned by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and Santa Fe Land Improvement Company Idescribed as follows: Those portions of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and Santa Fe Land Improvement Company properttes in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, bounded by lines described as follows: on the southwest by the northeasterly line of Lytle Creek Channel, said northeasterly line also being the southwesterly line of said Railway right of way; on the north by the northerly boundary of said City of Colton, said boundary also being the center line of vacated Mill Street; on the northeast, east and southeast by a line that is parallel and/or concentric with and distant westerly approximately 125 feet measured at right angles and/or radially from the center line of said Railway Company's Track No. 39. is hereby taken out of M-1 (Light manufacturing) zone and placed lin M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing zone). SECTION TWO: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in. Ithe Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this .17th day of August, 1965.
