2 i ORDINANCE NO. 1556 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING 3 ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. 4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 4k 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by 8-1 'the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment g IO� lapplication to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption 1.1 of the proposed amendment and the zone.reclassification of certain parcels of 12- 2'Iland I landin accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3v 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action 143.5 , (appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on 1file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: Zoning Map Nos. 4, 5, 8 and 9 3.7 i Change of Zone froth M-1, County Zone, to R -3-X, 2:6 R-3, R-1, and M-1, City Zones, on property located north of Valley Boulevard, south of Mill Street, 9 west of Meridian and east of Eucalyptus Avenue. (Annexation West 31) . 20 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the 21.1 ;City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. 22 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to 23 is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the 24 25i Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in ;accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. 26 SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in 27 28�! force and effective thirt y (30) days after final passage.
