1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />6 <br />IFOLLOWS: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1560 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />6 SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />7 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />8 the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />a <br />9 application to amend Sections, 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />4 <br />16 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />3-1 of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certainp arcels of <br />1:2 land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />33 " 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />14 �appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced Indexed on the maps on <br />'file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />7L6 Zoning Map No. 6 <br />7 f Change of Zone from C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, to <br />!� R-1, Single -Family Residential, on property located <br />8� at 1356 North 9th Street and 1220 North La Cadena <br />19C Drive, Index No. A-1-79. <br />20 . <br />9 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />21City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />22 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein, above referred to <br />23 <br />"is hereby approved and the Plann.ing Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />2 Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />2 5 jaccordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />26�j SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
