11 <br />1 <br />2 <br />_3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />2111 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1569, <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1450. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />That SECTIONS I, II, IV, V and VI of 'EXHIBIT "A", Planned Com- <br />munity Zone for the Cooley Ranch Planned Community, of Ordinance No. 1450, are <br />hereby amended and shall read as follows: <br />SECTION I. General Development Standards. <br />K. Refuse Collection Areas: <br />I. All outdoor and refuse collection areas shal.1 be <br />screened so that materials stored within these <br />areas shall not be visible from streets, freeways, <br />and adjacent properties and other on-site uses. <br />The screening shall form a complete opaque screen <br />up to a vertical height of six (6) feet <br />M. Open Space: <br />4. Private and Public Recreation Facilities and Public <br />Open Space: <br />(b) 1. Approximately five -Thousand (5,000) square <br />feet shall be appropriate) developed ped; and <br />fenced. or screened for use, as a children's <br />play area in family-oriented units. <br />SECTION II.
