General Development Standards. <br />K. Refuse Collection Areas: <br />I. All outdoor and refuse collection areas shal.1 be <br />screened so that materials stored within these <br />areas shall not be visible from streets, freeways, <br />and adjacent properties and other on-site uses. <br />The screening shall form a complete opaque screen <br />up to a vertical height of six (6) feet <br />M. Open Space: <br />4. Private and Public Recreation Facilities and Public <br />Open Space: <br />(b) 1.
