DAP - <br />000 -614) <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Comm velopment Department filed an <br />application (File No. DAP -000-614) requestin pre -zone a t to amend the zoning <br />designation on certain properties in an u corpor d r of th ity from R-2 (Duplex <br />Residential) to R-1 (Single Family idential ( pplica ' n") for property located along <br />5' M .. <br />Jackson Street and Cypress Str south `C" ssessor Parcel Nos. 0274-181-01, <br />02, 06, 07, 09, 12, 14 throu 4-182-01 thro 06, 08, 09, 274-182-44 & 45) in the <br />City of Colton, County of ern ino ubjec Site"); and <br />WHER the City of It Planning Commission ("Planning Commission") <br />held a public hearin th ation on September 5, 2006, after giving published notice <br />of the Applicatio d <br />EREA t plication was reviewed, studied, and found to comply with <br />the Califor nvi to uality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; <br />WHE S, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />app r I of this Applicati to the City of Colton City Council; <br />WHEREAS, on September 5, 2006, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />ity Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all <br />persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application <br />was fully studied; and <br />WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this pre -zone <br />ordinance have occurred; <br />1 <br />
