RESOLUTION NO. 1215 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE A LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />OF THE BOUNDARIES, TOGETHER WITH A <br />MAP OF NANCY JANE SUBDIVISION ANNEXATION <br />DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does resolve as follows: <br />Section One: That the City Engineer be, and he is, hereby <br />authorized, ordered and directed to prepare a full, true and correct <br />legal description of the boundaries of Nancy Jane Subdivision Annexation <br />District, together with a map or plat indicating such boundaries, and <br />file the same with the County Assessor of the County of San Bernardino <br />and with the State Board of Equalization of the State of California and <br />comply in all respects vvith Section 3,720 of the Political Code of the <br />State of California, and other laws relating thereto. <br />Mayor oY-3the 3Ity of ColEon <br />ATTEST: <br />F�l e k —the City of olto, <br />city of C <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />adopted by the City Ciouncil of the City of Colton at a regular meeting <br />thereof held on the 18th day of Decemberp 1944, by the following votey <br />to -wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bull, McKersie., Young, Proctor and Mayor Nolan. <br />NOES: Councilmen, None. <br />ABSENT: Councilmen, None* <br />"Z <br />city Mirk <br />_j <br />
