RE86LUTION NO. 1261 <br />1 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Colton has <br />2 determined and declared that Public Interest and Welfare demand <br />3 necessary repairs and additions to the <br />Colton Municipal Plunge <br />4 and, <br />5 WHEREAS, it is therefore desirous <br />and necessary to determine <br />6 and ascertain the <br />prevailing rate of wages to bepaid under the <br />7 <br />8 general prevailing rate of <br />per diem wages in the locality in which <br />said work described is to be <br />performed; <br />9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL of the <br />10 City of Colton has ascertained and <br />does hereby determine that the <br />11 general <br />prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br />12 <br />13 the said work described to be in which <br />performed for each craft or type <br />Of workman or mechanic needed shall be as follows, to -wit: <br />14 <br />WAGE SCHEDULE <br />15 <br />Carpenter $1. <br />16 Carpenter lead man 1.625ppeerh hor <br />r , <br />17 <br />For overtime work, Sundays and holida s t <br />to be Y � he prevailing rate i <br />18 paid shall be one and one-hal f time s the rate hereinbefore <br />19 specified. <br />i <br />20 Passed, Adopted and Approved this 6th day of May, 1946. <br />21 �► � I <br />22 A.
