A. Blaylock for permission to <br />conduct a restaurant and on sale beer business at 590 west N <br />Street be denied. <br />R S, the City Cecil has read said application in full <br />and is familiar with the contents threrof. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON that the recommendation of the City Planning <br />Commission be and the same is hereby approved. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4th day of March, 1947, <br />A.
