1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />321 <br />M <br />RESOLUTION NO, 3618 <br />A 10VQATTVPTt*1W AV THE f%TqIV PnT7Vr%TT <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3072 FIXING AND <br />ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE HARBOR- <br />ING AND OWNING CERTAIN ANIMALS <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE No. <br />1326s SECTIONS 3, 3a, 4, 5 AND 6, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton, Cali- <br />fornia, that Resolution No. 3072 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 3a be amended to read as follows: <br />Every dog, or similar type animal, regardless of whether or not <br />it has a license, found running at large, loose or unrestrained in, along or <br />upon any public street, sidewalk or place shall be impounded by the Animal <br />Control Officer, for apperiod of seventy-two hours and in the event the owner <br />or possessor of such dog or similar type animal shall not, on or before the <br />expiration of said period, call for and claim said dog or similar type animal <br />paying as pound fee the sungofEight Dollars ($8.00). <br />SECTION 2: That Section 4 be amended to read as follows: <br />The Animal Control Officer shall have the right to receive and <br />dispose of dogs delivered into his possession by the owners thereof and shall <br />charge the sum of Right Dollars ($8,.00) for adult dogs, and Two Dollars ($2.00) <br />for puppyso <br />SECTION 3: That Section 5 be amended to read as follows: <br />That the Animal Control Officer shall have the right to receive <br />and dispose of any cat or cats, or kittens delivered into his possession by the <br />owners thereof and shall charge therefor the following sum, Three Dollars <br />($3.00) for each cat and One Dollar ($1.00) for each kitteni <br />SECTION 4: Resolution No, 3470 is hereby repealed. <br />'PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1976. <br />(if A - <br />e <br />ABE K.- BELTRAN <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST; <br />HELEN A.
